  1. To Download our Android App, Click here.

  2. Open the app after downloading , it will prompt you to open in browser. Choose your browser and app will be opened up in browser. Note : In computer or other smart phones,just open link “ www.studentandfee.com” in browser .
  3. First time users need to click on register tab to register them first . Registration will be done using mobile number only. Enter your name and mobile number on registration page and submit it. An OTP will be send to this mobile number. Enter the correct OTP and you will be logged-in in the system.
  4. First time logged-in users need to complete their details in the form provided after first-login .
  5. Now , you need to Add your student to your panel. Click on “Add Student” tab, select your child’s school from the list and click on it. You will be directed to “Student Search Page”.
  6. Here, Enter your child’s Admission Number OR student-id OR student’s first name and click on submit button. A list of students will be provided related to your search. Find the right Student by cross-checking its Name , fathers name . Click on “Add” tab beside the right student, this student will be added to your panel and you will be redirected to front page. Here , you can add your multiple child using the same above mentioned process.
  7. Here, click on Admission Number of the student whose payment you want to make. Student’s profile will be opened . Click on “Fee” tab, you will be redirected to Instalments Page.
  8. Here choose the instalment which you want to pay and click on “Pay Now” tab. You will be redirected to “Instalment Details” Page. Here again click on “Pay Now” tab and Enter the Amount which you want to pay , and then click on “Submit” tab.
  9. You will be shown with two options of payment :
    • I. Pay By Net Banking ( Convenience Charge is Rs. 30 )
    • II. Pay By Debit/Credit Card ( Convenience Charge is 2% of transaction amount . )
      Choose the option which suits you and you will be redirected to payment Gateway where you can pay.
  10. After Successful payment , you will be redirected to Payment Confirmation Page , where you will be able to download the receipt.
  11. School is getting transaction details at real time , so you need not to deposit system generated receipt in school .
